There is a sense of panic right now in marijuana businesses in Nevada. Inventory is tight. Retail prices way up, there are few if any specials in Nevada right now. Blum just had one sale that the sale price was $5 more than the old full price. Everyone underestimated the Nevada market. DP is piggybacking onto someone else's project that is farther along than starting at zero.
