Hoping things start too mesh here soon and things turn around. I wish the audio investor update was longer than 7min, given that about 3min of it was an intro and the "safe harbor statement."

But what I got out of it regarding dilution was:

While in the past we have had to absorb a fair amount of stock dilution to fund company operations,
Momentous is now moving away from operations investments to investments that have an immediate direct impact on growing our company.

Initially they issued shares for $$$ to operate and run the company. They also used it for acquisitions. Apparently, these acquisitions are now generating enough revenue for them to operate the company and are no longer doing that; instead, now issue shares for revenue generating vehicles for future growth.

As we move forward we will be seeking investments for the purposes of acquiring positive revenue generating companies. Businesses need investments to grow and seeking those investments for adding positive revenue and profits is the way well managed companies operate.

And these acquisitions are selected based on their ability to compliment & work together.

As we’ve mentioned in previous audio updates, our growth strategy is squarely aimed at acquiring companies that fit into our online ad network, social media, gaming and ecommerce strategy, while also being synergistic with each other. "

I was hoping for the CEO to elaborate further on tentative future plans on how he plans on tackling the SS. Oh well, maybe that's two quarters away. As we saw with today's selling - there are too many shares out there, especially with BMIC & VNDM still hanging around.
