Again, NSAV Holding, Inc. wasn't made into a new corporation, and distinct from Net Savings Link, Inc. merely as a name change. It was done so that NSAV Holding, Inc. would be distinct (two different corporations) from Net Savings Link, Inc, and, therefore, now, be free of the debt owed by Net Savings Link, Inc.

But NSAV Holding, Inc. is now being touted (by JT) to have done something it did not do, Net Savings Link, Inc. did it and the proof is shown by the links!! NSAV Holding, Inc. (I'm pretty sure) didn't even exist at that time! (But I might be wrong by a week or so). No matter!

Creative legal bullshit, imho!!

It's no wonder that TA (or whoever) hasn't approved this recent re-organization. Well, that is fromn what I've read. But, anyhow, prove me wrong.
