I don't fully understand the plan either as it came together quickly over the last day

My point is if they're discounting price or giving away subs for hurricane relief, I believe it's just for one month and then anyone who stays on will be charged normal billing. One would probably still need a credit card or PayPal to sign up and use the service even in Texas this next month
