That building (4411 Navigation Blvd) is the building I visited with Russ Adams about 5 years ago. The company is Integrated Corrosion Company. The Leep bldg is the second building on the left as you enter the driveway. We were well received by the company manager. We also got a first class tour of the building by the facility manager. The only problem with the building is that the central a/c was sized too large and it cycled too often. That is because of the insulatory properties of the Leep
bldg.
there were 2 leftover Leep panels on the ground between the building and the fence. We picked them up and noted their stiffness and that they had not rusted.
The next day I bought 200k shares of LPPI.
