I assume it would be just for the first month

I am all for the free services for the affected. Kind gesture, and great way to get word of mouth spreading.

But we cant afford to be giving away $10 per sale on every other sub.... charity is nice, but we are just getting on our feet, and cannot afford that expense.
--- was this stated as an intention of theirs? first i heard this one
