LOL! Glow delusional now. He'll be saying the $50 million isn't for the refinery when the thing is up and running putting out 10,000 barrels a day+.

This may not fly to over .05 tomorrow, but LOVE this steady upward movement. All it's doing is setting up for higher highs!

Once the financing DOES come through as it easily should, you know, from where most companies and people get financing (banks and investors, possibly government), THEN this thing will FlYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's a "scam" though! LOL! Everyone is in on it.
