These permits are for the CDU only - not the refinery - it would be another 18 months for the permits for the oil refinery.

Now - where is the $50 million coming from to build the CDU?

I hope no one is foolish enough to fall for the Hanks BS.

This certainly isn't the air permits for the oil refinery.
