I believe this has to do with the one contract that was contested by the competitor and subsequently went back to bid. So, pretty sure it's old known news.

A few days back I asked Shanak10 to get clarification if possible. She is the one in contact with CEO Scott Terry. Let me follow-up.

The Company is currently in discussion with one major customer seeking assurances as to the Company’s ability to provide the contracted services, but the outcome of such discussions cannot be guaranteed
