The last time UATG contracted with Everest Corporate Advisors, the stock went from an open of .29 on June 12, 2015, closing at .50 increasing to a .84 open on 10/30/2015 and closing that day at .8599. Not sure what the 10Qs and share structure looked like back in June 11, 2015. If anyone has the SS and info on the company at that time for comparison, that would be great to read.

In the past two years, UATG has diversified its product line and improved its debt. I think its renewed partnership with Everest Corporate Advisors bodes well for UATG's stock price.
