Euphoria everywhere, even on this thread!

Leads me to believe this rally doesn't have too far to go and the risk is on the long side.

Think housing starts to roll over soon. Notice building permits (which leading housing starts)came in below consensus yesterday.

What do the "what is, is" people start saying if the market falls 20 - 30% from here?
