Dror did that before, lowered a Billion shares of the A/S and made sure he told the shareholders several times that week and then the flowing week raised the A/S 3 Billion shares and keep quite about it and a couple month later raised the A/S again to 8 Billion and did not saying any thing until he was question by a shareholder who was checking with the SOS and found that he was miss leading the shareholders, Dror claimed he had to raise the A/S to satisfy the TOXIC Loans........... Dror has played with the A/S at will! So lowering the A/S will not do any thing for VPOR. DROR is a con-man and is teaching his trainee to do the same.

The only way that VPOR will work is to put a la-get management in the company to run it.
