Hmmmm, now think about this. Since April 2017, people were going on and on about how Paul was an IT guru and hired former programmers from Megaupload to develop the 420 CR(APP). And now, you really think MCIG purchased everything 420Cloud from A.P.O. Holdings?

It's more likely than not that MCIG is hiding stuff as best they can, because it does look very bad to look like insiders are getting paid - which they are.

Paying $3 mil in stock for CR(APP)???? Shareholders get no revnues from this, but insiders get paid in stock and can dilute for cash.
