They haven't bought the whole town just yet. It is in escrow and they have not closed. Yes they are trying to by an 80 acre town out in the middle of nowhere. The town is unincorporated so they will not be able to cultivate of sell weed until they can incorporate. By California state law there must be 10,000 residents to become incorporated. They will never get 10K people to move to that po-dunk town in the middle of the desert not to mention where are you going to put 10K people on just 80 acres of land? ERBB will back out of the deal and all the people who bought into their hyped BS PR will left holding the bag as always.
