This whole buyout offer rejection doesn't make sense. If your company is contemplating of gong BK
And then you get a $1.10 share buyout Offer and you snub it?????
Either DGLT is hoping for a refinance on there debt or have another interested party in making an offer
Or there just plain dumb??????
