The circumstantial evidence that Francine moved revenue and perhaps contracts from Bpreal Water Collection to her private water company St. Elie is very strong but needs to be confirmed by an investigation to be proven. Someone in a regulatory agency needs to prove that and if that happens I would assume we can move forward on some consequences under the laws of the United States for Ms. Lavoie. Again all speculation needs to be proven but I think it can be as there appears to be a paper trail. It is counter productive and unprofessional to call people names on a public forum although I understand the visceral nature of people responding in that way when they believe they have be wronged financially to the tune of many thousands of dollars and who knows how much collectively. There are risks in investing but the risk of fraud should not be expected or tolerated if it occurs. I don't know where this ends up but I hope we get to the bottom of it and if wrongdoing is proven that Francine repays the losses as she has assets and that she is treated accordingly under whatever laws were violated.
