Playing devil's advocate a bit. Would us taking on debt be a "red flag" to potential investors and could also keep them away? So we'd be stuck with debt, the same bottom barrel PPS and stuck even further in the mud? Granted, I know we're at a point where something has to be done. So it's not like we have a ton of options. Just throwing that out there.
