His "desire" for no RS - they don't get any deals soon, and by soon I mean the next 4-8 weeks, expect a RS.

With respect to the "50M-70M" comment, give me a break. If Tom had someone willing to fork over that amount of money, BVTK would have already been sold. Not just added as equity partner, but sold.

I've been around awhile and I can tell you, I've seen this "I'll gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today!" nonsense before.

That said, if this thing continues to tank, I'm loading up. Lol.
