OTT money not used to buy back shares to get price up

instead a 50/1 reverse split for shareholders.

This tells me that management doesn't care anything about shareholders.

The shareholders of intv are the "mark" to them.

Why did they choose not to use the windfall from ot stock sale instead of reverse split because they want to screw the shareholders plain and simple.

didn't they receive 600k from the sale of ott stock? why not use it to buy back shares and get the price up, or just stop selling shares and diluting for awhile to get the price up to .01 but no they decide to CHEAT THE MARK.
