Insider Financial Article may confirm my theory. PTX will spin off Treximet, Zohydro and Silenor into 3 separate holding companies. I believe shareholders will receive shares of each. Maybe Sedor will give us 1 share of each for every 10 shares we own. Example: you own 1,000 shares of PTX. You keep your 1,000 in PTX but now have 100 shares of each holding company. Now I have 100 shares of holding company 1 that has Treximet. If GSK buys holding company 1, I now have 100 shares of GSK at $39.00 or $3,900. That's the instant shareholder value.
