The comparison b/t o/s and a/s pre-split was roughly 20%, will be EXACTLY same afterwards.

Any speak today that the 40m a/s could be increased today, tomorrow, next week, etc, had exactly same odds as yesterday...none...again nothing has changed. Market cap $700k yesterday, same today. If ceo needs to increase a/s from the 40m at some point later, it would've been needed under current structure too. It's just math.

And the whole notion that the pref shares haven't changed...those are restricted and there hasn't been 1 sale since issued so why would there be a sale now? Yes, I guess CEO could sell but I would expect those are there in an unlikely event someone try's to accumulate a significant amount of common.

Is there going to be a sell off today? Yes. Am I thrilled this happened? Nope. Is this CEO sometimes as dumb as shit? Yep. Did they get $600k from ott-v? Yep. Will they get more? Yep. Will I be selling, no. $.0019 is already low enough

This will bounce, ride it out, vultures will be out in force today. Already circling....
