Company has stated that as at June 30, 2017 they have no convertible notes outstanding other than with Black Diamond Financial Group. These notes are three year notes maturing next year in November 2018. Therefore the company will have no further dilution from convertible notes until earliest end of 2018. (This can be found in their 8k filed end of 2015). So no further convertible note dilution this year.

The next 10Q is based om finacial activity to September 30th. That gives the company 1 month to secure revenue. Obviously an 8k will be filed if they report revenue. I have zero knowledge if they will be revenue generating next month but in the same breath i have no knowledge that they will not be.

Company had restarted their test facility with final additional DOE tests expected ny end of September.

The technology has been presented to Senator Perry

The political environment in the US is more open to coal than it had been for 8 years

All four legacy law suits have been removed.

Kiewit, one of the most reputable coal handling and coal engineering companies in the world are running with this.

Global demand continues to grow in countries like Japan. Australia is currently benefiting from this demand. Upgraded PRB coal would be a highly sought after product given its low ash and sulphur. Todate the lower btu has been its greatest challenge. Pristine M can address that issue.

Regarding why they moved to Kiewit i agree with all the previous comments by James. However i think we should also include in that mix of reasons that leidos sold their construction division to Haskell in March 2016 for $175m. That was the division that engineered the facility. Am not suggesting that was the only reason why they moved away from Leidos but certainly must have contributed to it.

All of the above is what i read in filings, press releases and general macro economics. I would appreciate and welcome any poster that can correct the above, if wrong, as this is just my understanding and i am not saying it is 100% correct.
