Scam alert. This is a fully reporting Company. Rule 12b-25(c) contains the following statutory language:

will be filed no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date;

Nate changes that language to "It is anticipated that the Form 10-K Annual Report, along with the audited financial statements, will be filed on or before the 15th calendar day"

Last year that "anticipation" lasted, what, 6 months? What a scam here.
