Great response. As someone in the legal business, they are setting up for a legal battle while simultaneously telling the FDA to back off. Brilliantly I might add.

No matter what power the government thinks it has, in a court it's taken down by 12 civilians too stupid or broke to get out of jury duty.

FDA classification of drug is vague and outdated. Needs revision. RMAT WILL DO THIS IN 2 DAYS.
