I do not work for USGlobal. What I can tell everyone is that they are working to complete the deal with Songbird by the 15th of September. Just like the company Stated!

We are working to close this acquisition on or before September 15, 2017.



Things happen though and there is always a possibility of a delay. I would imagine the company would update us if such delays exist. Just like they updated us last time about the change in direction with the 767 lease with Kalitta. IMO we should hear something regardless by the end of the month!
