This is indeed a sweet deal, people are gonna wanna get shares to buy cheap shares from the offering at 2.75 which is gonna cause a squeeze, as the price goes up the 2.75 deal is gonna look sweeter and sweeter which will make people wanna buy more and you know what will happen to the price.. this is genius move by GE!!
