I wouldn't bank on it, but another scenario would be the FDA is scrutinizing USRM publicly so as to get them in line for approval, or because they will be making an approval and wanted to draw some blood first.
This is far fetched and wishful thinking on my part, though it is known that government officials play the market to their utmost advantage.
Again, government warnings spanning all departments including DoD can be many hundreds if not thousands per day. Warnings which are easily appealed and rescinded by the governing body. A letter of warning is far easier to deal with than say, a letter of suspension. Anyone who deals directly with the government or govt contracting knows this. It begs the question as to why this coverage was so intensely blanketed.
It's all speculation right now, no matter what anyone says they know - they don't. That's part of the fun.
