Sorry Treaty issued new shares so that theory is bogus. Although it does shine a light on prior Bulshine shenanigans.

It was born to fail due to the enormous extra supply of shares fabricated

Extra supply of shares fabricated? Yep! They issued 2.2 billion of them! Smells like Bullshine and Blackbutt again!

No doubt they had assistance selling them from their little board helpers. Hear they gave them lots of shares for those posting activities too. Unfortunately I also heard some got caught holding the bag when the rug got pulled.

Reason for the TESDAC scam???
