Yes i got scammed by mike howard and have known him for 35yrs i have heard every excuse you could hear and still hearing them i live 15mins from him he has told me that he's in California and has been sitting in ny and i know that for a fact between me and my 2 other friends we have given him $250,000 and i have had it with him it's not about the money anymore because if your smart you know your not getting any back so everybody needs to get together and file charges and put him in jail you have my contact information please get in touch and lets take him down
