You are right in the fact Steve did not mention how many units they would receive.

But......

What i get from this is that they have an undisclosed amount of units they will receive on September 18th. Maybe a 100 units for all we know.

I work in a Shipyard and when we buy items that are needed for the Fishing Boats, we receive (for example) 50 Units of whatever the product is and then we are invoiced at the end of the month for the total amount of units we sold. We receive special pricing based off of our quantity ordered. Maybe he would like to keep that special pricing confidential to the any potential clients and therefore did not give the exact number of units being delivered.
