I think you may be correct. Now that you mention it maybe they are in a year to year lease. Doesn't explain the lack of activity in San Marcos. I did not attend the SH meeting I attended Star Park in Feb 2017 which is wehn the suspicions and concerns began. I think I've seen enough at this point. I'll leave this to you guys, I'm out.
