I don't see any other option but to do one. The reality is there aren't any institutional private dollars interested in getting in this investment right now. Not to say it can't happen. But our track record up to this point says the big money isn't interested in SPORT right now. So either do a shelf offering, diluting PPS even further, or stop operations again. Our options aren't getting any better.
