Yep - and we still have claim 2. They all enhance and explain claim 2. And you trying to take value away saying they're not worthless despite acknowledging that claim 2 is VALIDATED and STRONG.

I have read through the claims and am still working on an analysis in writing for myself and if others want it. I agree there are at heart six or seven (including patent 998) claims that stand completely independent....that is extremely strong.

Most of the 56 claims WDDD went into the legal system with were not independent.

That is untrue.

I stand corrected on the 11-18 being "unique"....they are NOT unique, but they are certainly valuable as they add critical language to claim 2. I did not mean to use that language.

Where was patent 998's claim #2 in the article where they talked about six claims?
