Just ignore the day to day, knee jerk reactions. That's why some people only check their investments weekly. These markets have price lines that sometimes travel 5 points to only make 1 point of real progress. Personally, I like the squiggles, because they're loaded with information. They can tell volumes about the overall direction of a particular stock.
