RNSidersbuying: North Korea has diesel-powered nuclear subs, but might be upgrading to silent subs. That is as scary as it gets. The country that sold them the technology is the same country that makes vodka.

This is going to come to a head. U.S. Presidents have kicked the can down the road for years. And now it is dumped in the lap of a President who is surrounding himself with military guys.

Yet the stock market is taking it in stride.
