Last supposed catalyst was pumped by the CEO where he had a countdown timer on the website. They didn't meet the time set out and the timer actually started counting up after.

Bill said that there will be a new CEO but that was a lie.

Look elsewhere. Just be careful of Bill Schaefer. He is a known scammer
