Help me understand how you are able to arrive at that conclusion. I have no problem with vetting the new leadership.

And no....running a publicly traded company like a personal ATM while hiding behind the slimy Delaware Laws is not "the nature of investing in biotech".

The company will finally have a chance to "excel" now under new leadership.

These jerks have caused enough damage.
