GOALS??? They are getting $600k in bonuses? On what planet could this year be viewed as positive for PPHM to justify a BONUS? how about a drastic reduction in salary and layoff of some fat executive compensation? As a long suffering shareholder I cannot fathom any rubric or metric that justifies a bonus.

I can only hope Ronin now has enough skin in the game to bring a lawsuit against this group. Breach of fiduciary duty, waste of corporate assets, etc....Should also sue the executive management consultant

ALL IMO ASM cannot come fast enough
