I just tried reaching the Judge's Chambers again
and got through this time.

The Clerk said that she could not see anything
new and thought the Pre Trial Conference date of
Jan 22, 2018 was just a control date for the Court
to check on the filings of required documents. She
insisted there was no Pre Trial Conference.

This sounded odd to me and I asked her if there has
been any notification of the Receivership in Nevada.
She was too much in a rush to bring up the Case File
and check.
