Not true..besides we are not talking about all otc..we are talking about this stock..for all their alleged revenues there was numerous ways they coyld have reduced debt. They could have sold thise same shares they "issued" for a fraction of th value and used profits to have money in the bank. You dont have to be a financial expert to see that. So it is clear when you examine acgx actions that they are shady or show a severe lack in judgement the way they have given away shares. These are smart folks who devised this scheme. Shady is the only logical conclusion.
