No, they can produce and sell any CBD products they wish within the town limits of Nipton. They cannot grow, cultivate or sell any marijuana (thc) products within the town of Nipton. However, the Indian reservation that abuts the town can do whatever they wish do to Native American sovereignty. If they have thought out side of the box enough to buy there own town Im sure they have spoken to there Native American neighbors about getting around there short term THC issue.
