IMO, basically GP wasn't going to have old note holders from the old company and old piss poor management profit off of RAD and all their hard work. I'm betting he told them if they didn't convert before the merger, that he would just re-org and they would get nothing. So we will be going into the merger with MASSIVE HISTORICAL contracts with almost no debt.....

We are adding bunches more at this level.
