this is much more serious than just catching up with the filings. a suspension for delinquency is not a warning to get the filings done. it is a notice that securities law has been violated and that revocation proceedings will begin.


I just need to figure out what gets market makers to show back up on the scene?



that is not likely to ever happen. the suspension notice has declared the form 211, which allows market makers to post quotes, to be invalid. it is now illegal for mm's to post quotes.
