I'm thinking by the end of September at the latest, but more likely much sooner since FINRA has everything they requested. The ombudsman someone on this board spoke with had said that even if the file was put in the back of the queue, the queue it only takes 2-3 weeks to get through it. Also they will not have to review the entire file again, only what they recently requested so it should be a quick approval in my opinion.
