Here is one more reason companies are not eager to mine in foreign countries. Companies spend billions to explore, develop and build mines in foreign countries. Then the foreign country either taxes the company to death or just takes it over. It's happening more and more across the world. Maybe it's about time the USA starts kicking out foreign intests here and taking over their companies. This is one of the many reasons that Niocorp will be developed for the National Security of the United States. I have been and will continue to add shares. GLTA
