Agreed Management would not be enthusiastic about a toxic deal but management does not usually dictate the price of the stock. There are other hands controlling that and they seem to want another grand shake out... that's what I'm trying to talk about...down, down, down...good news and a spike higher only to be followed by down, down, down... when the public finally quits in disgust, that's when this stock will finally begin it's real run higher...so, when and what are 'they' pushing it lower for ? My guess is; The one dollar level..that's where they can cause all sorts of havoc and fear.
