Agree with you 100%. I have been a consistent lurker since 2012 and shareholder since 2000. Much has been discussed on this board regarding the BOD and the three stooges but the performance of King and his executives has been secondary. My experience of companies is that the executives have greater responsibility and factor in the success than the BOD. Shame on these executives for the scam they have been allowed to perpetuate. Shame on those prolific board posters who have supported this scam. It is ironic that we need a Ronin to open our eyes to the obvious - the executive compensation has no component that ties part of their remuneration to stock value or financial results.
I can only hope that it is a slam dunk that we can rid ourselves of these thieves for cause and put the company in new hands who can salvage something for shareholders.
And please, board posters who continue to try to convince us of the unbelievable value of Bavi and its market potential, the BP conspiracies etc.- please give it up! You have me convinced - after 17 years I am more than happy to just recover my investment. Not that I don't believe that Mr. Thorpe had a product with some potential to contribute to the health of society- it just won't be realized with these self serving crooks.
I will continue to lurk but some posters that I trusted are no longer on my reading list. I have not sold one share and have added over the years thru 2013. What a fool I have been and fortunately my wife and family did not follow my lead or looking in the mirror would be troublesome.
