I just called 801-450-7001 and did speak to a Kevin so he does exist. His explanation for the R/S ability to raise $$$ did not impress me. His explanation on what would be so wrong with going to OTC didn't convince me to change my yes vote. Kevin this is Edward who you just TALKED to you at 7:50P.M. EST. if you are watching this message board and I sure someone is give us longterm shareholders some relief and reason to change our votes.
All the shareholders pay for managements salary and we deserve to have a large say in what is done in our name. Give us some reason for your decisions until then I am not voting until I get more information.
Shareholders do not pay management salaries. The bulk of offerings goes to paying off debt & funding R&D. I see a ruse here and that why i call shenanigans
