So much negative speculation re: the shelf prospectus withdrawal, that I might as well offer a possibility which is no more far fetched than the "sky is falling" speculations going on here... but mine is all "blue sky".

There is a "cost" to do a shelf registration... on a $100 million shelf my guess is probably in the neighborhood of $10,000.00.

So if they are in the process of dotting the i's and crossing the t's on a buyout... why waste the $10K.

PUT THAT IN YOUR PIPE AND SMOKE IT.
