The reason nobody likes reverse splits is because it becomes very difficult to have the same kind of percentage gains on your investment.
Last week, we gained close to 90% in one day. At one point in time during that day we were up over 150%. Those kinds of gains will not happen when we're over a buck.
Today, I can get a 100% return on my investment with each 6 cent increase in the PPS. That can easily happen in one day. After the 1-12 RS, the same thing will now take 72 cents!!
I'm looking forward to reading JB's PR when it comes out. Maybe there are some offsetting benefits I'm not considering. But I am also wondering what this does for the dividends.
